Who owns the domain name that is registered?

YOU will be registered as the admin contact. The domain name is yours.

Can I renew the starter package?

Yes. If this package remains adequate for your needs, you can renew it for $A210 per annum (+GST).

I don't want a .com domain name. Can I get a different one?

12 months registration of a .com domain is included in the cost. If you wanted to have a .com.au domain name (which runs for 2 years) an additional $A60 would be payable.

I know someone who does websites, and in a few months I want them to replace my one page site with a more complex one. Is this possible?

Of course. The one page site is intended as a first step in getting your business operational on the internet with top quality email and website capabilities. You can leave it as it is, or change it to suit your requirements.

I got a starter account 3 months ago, and haven't learned how to do anything in my control panel yet. I want an email address set up that delivers my accounts email directly to my book keeper, with another copy forwarded to me. Can you do this for me?

Yes. The starter package includes administration of your website. We will make the necessary technical changes, and confirm that the changes are working properly.

As well as basic contact details, I would like to put more information on my one page web site. How many words can I use?

If you send us hard copy that we have to type in, we ask that you keep it to around 100 words.

If you send us text in an email that we can cut and paste, you can use thousands of words if you wish.

Is the production of a custom graphic for my business included in the cost?

Yes. We will create a custom image with your business name for use on your web page.

Can I select the colours that are used on my one page website?

Yes. You can specify the colours for the Text, table, and page background colour.

Just write the code for the colours you want onto the order form. (or just use common names like black, red, yellow, dark blue, etc.) If you decide that you don't like the finished result, we'll change them to another colour.

Can I change to a hosting account with more features if I need them?

Of course. As your needs grow, you may find that you outgrow the facilities of this basic account. Additional disk space, more email boxes, etc are available at additional cost, or you may choose to upgrade to one of our other competitively priced hosting packages.

The upgrade will occur without any disruption, and you will be given credit for the unused hosting component of the starter package.

2. Send us the picture you want us to place on your one page business website. (You can do this by email, or post us a photograph.)

Your website should be operational within 3 business days after the required information has been received, and your payment has been processed.
