can be a Blessing or a Curse.
If you remember
these 3 rules, you'll avoid the most
common email traps.
- NEVER open an unexpected
email Attachment EVEN if it's from
your Mum!
(This could turn your computer into a spamming machine
without you even knowing)·
- NEVER click on an email
link that asks you to enter bank
account or other private information.
(You could
lose all your money – or your
reputation)·
- NEVER click on links in
unexpected email messages from
the Police, Federal Government,
or other legitimate looking organizations.
(Especially
if they accuse you of
doing something wrong. Spammers
count on your fear or
outrage to click on the
virus loaded attachments!
